Terms & Conditions

ALBERTA CONTAINER SERVICES INC. rents containers in accordance with the provisions contained in the Warehouse Lien Act. In accordance with the provisions granted by the Warehouse Lien Act, ALBERTA CONTAINER SERVICES INC., or its agent, retains the right to recover the container and contents for failure to pay the monthly rent on a timely basis. Rent shall be paid within 10 days of invoice but not later than the 15th day of the month. The lessee shall pay the first and last month’s rent before the delivery of the container. The lessee shall pay the delivery to the original placement site or from a site approved by an ALBERTA CONTAINER SERVICES INC. agent or employee. The lessee shall notify the lessor before the container is moved from its original placement site to a different location. The lessee agrees that the container will be returned in the same condition as when received. The lessee will be responsible for all repairs beyond normal wear and tear. The lessee agrees that ALBERTA CONTAINER SERVICES INC. will not be liable for any damages whether to persons or property whatsoever arising from the use of this container or in any way connected with the use of this container.
